How long has HIGH 5 been around?
HIGH 5 Soccer began in September 2012 with 7 players and 12 buddies. HIGH 5 is based on US Youth Soccer's TOPSoccer model, which has been successful in communities across the US since 1991. TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. We are the first TOPSoccer league in Chester County. For more info about TOPSoccer, go to the Eastern PA Youth Soccer Association website here.
